About the Facility
Cunda Despot Evi adını; 1860'lı yıllarda doğduğu topraklara gerisingeri dönüp kendine bu devasa ihtişamlı yapıyı yaptıran din adamı olan Despot'tan almış. Şimdilerde aynı zamanda anıt eser olarak tescilli bir otel olmuş burası. Cunda'nın şıklık yarışının, şimdilik son noktası....
Tesis 1862 yılında inşa edilmiş olup, 2019 yılında tesisin tüm alanları tamamen yenilenmiştir.
Ücretsiz internet erişimi tesisin tüm alanlarında mevcuttur, Yund Spa 09:00 ile 21:00 saatleri arası hizmet verir, Oda servisi hizmeti 23:00 ile 08:00 saatleri arasında hizmet verecek olup, ücretlidir,
Buhar odası ve saunalar kadın ve erkek olmak üzere ayrı ayrı mevcuttur, Evcil hayvan kabul edilmemektedir, Tesisin açık otoparkı mevcuttur.

Tesis denize 200 mt mesafede yer almaktadır. Cunda Despot Evi, Ayvalık'a 7 km ve Midilli'ye 39 km uzaklıktadır. En yakın havaalanı olan Balıkesir Koca Seyit Havaalanı ise 49 km mesafededir ve tesis ücretli havaalanı servisi sağlar.

Havuz 115 m2 genişliğindedir, dinlenme ve güneşlenme alanı mevcut, Havuz 09:00 ile 19:00 saatleri arası hizmet verir. Plajda tüm hizmetler ücretlidir.
Restaurant and Bar
Otel oda kahvaltı konseptindedir. Tüm İçecekler Ücretli olup ,Ala Carte Restoran 12:00 ile 23:30 saatleri arasında ücretli olarak hizmet vermektedir.
